BERKHAMSTED COMPETITION 18TH MAY 2008

Just 13 days after the Portslade event our next competition was upon us in the shape of Berkhamsted. Unfortunately not all of our DanceRite competitors were able to attend but this did little to dampen the success of those present.

1st for Denise in Cha-Cha

After something of a late start due to a very large entry of children the adult events finally got under way.

All was going to plan until an untimely fire alarm went off in the middle of Polly’s jive event (she still hasn’t owned up to it yet!) which was quite a diversion and we all ended up freezing cold in the car park for 30 minutes before proceedings got under way again!

We are proud to announce another unbelievable haul of trophies and the results achieved are as follows:

8 X 1st
9 X 2nd
9 X 3rd
6 X 4th
2 X 5th
3 X 6th
2 X 7th

With results on a continuous up, we are all very excited about the forthcoming event in Bracknell. With lots more hard work we hope our pupils will again realise all their dancing dreams
