12th place for Fredric & Vicki

The World Classic Showdance was held in Bonn, Germany on the 15th December 2001. Fredric & Vicki were representing the UK at this very prestigious event.

The competition was held in the ballroom of the magnificent Miritim hotel. The organisers had spared no expense in making this a successful event. The hall had been transformed into a spectacular Christmas Wonderland, the floor was massive and German TV was present.

Many excellent couples were present. to mentioned but a few. Massimo Giorgianni & Alessia Manfredini, William Pino & Alessandra Bucciarelli, both couples firmly established themselves in the top two positions in the Grande Final.

Fredric & Vicki's theme for the night was to represent puppets, which put a smile on the faces of the audience. With red cheekbones, freckles and painted eyelashes, there was no chance anyone was going to miss them.

commented with his normal cheekiness. "- Fredric, I think you've been a bit heavy on the rouge..."
The atmosphere and comradeship was lovely. Fredric & Vicki finished in an honourable shared 12th place.
