On October 25th 2008 DanceRite held its annual Black & White dance, incorporating American supper at Carnival Hall in Basingstoke.

This event is starting to become a must attend in the dance calendar and was graced with the presence of known and new faces to DanceRite.

This year has seen an increase in new members to the school. They were all keen on trying their recent moves as soon as the music started to play.

Mid evening, everyone tucked in to the buffet, which was greatly appreciated, followed by more dance until late evening.

 

 

Martella with decorated crutches

One of our newcomers, Martella, has been in the wars lately. Despite being on crutches, she had decided not to miss the event for the world. -What a trouper.

Fredric & Vicki, the principals, were pleased with the event and are now preparing for the forthcoming national competition in Blackpool.
