Competition nerves can have an adverse affect on the ability to perform when it really counts. This has been highlighted on a few occasions in the past.
DanceRite have appointed Liz March, an acting coach, actor and dance choreographer (See biography below) in an attempt to overcome these issues.
Liz will be addressing ways to combat nerves, how to take control of this situation and how improve your performance.
Join us on Sunday the 25th April 12.00 – 13.30 at Camberley Working Men’s Club for a fun and informative session and Q&A. Price £12.00.
To book your place on this course, please see Fredric & Vicki.
If you in the Q&A session would like to ask question anonymously, please use the form at the end of this page. Fredric & Vicki will then ask your question on the day.
